How long will you live?
Our local newspaper has a supplement called USA Weekend. A recent case was titled "How long will you live?" The images of 20-some people with their lives accompany these expectations. Three life had been determined using a computer age. Two of these calculators are available on LiveTo100.com and eons.com.
Because I am over 50 years, I was using the calculator eons.com in progress (LiveTo100.com calculator for those under 50 yearsage).

The calculator eons.com seems to be a series of questions spread over 5 pages. Each side has to do with part of your life, like personal Lifesyle, nutrition, etc. Some of the questions were what you'd expect if they had to deal with things like sex, marital status, and years of formal education and where long your parents and grandparents lived .. Others were not exactly what one would expect, even if it makes sense. ForFor example, there are questions about stress and how well you can handle it, sleep habits, your proximity to second-hand smoke and if you floss your teeth at least once a day.
Also, from my reading on the subject, the two most important variables in your life, if you smoke and how long your parents and grandparents. If you have never smoked, or do several years ago and have parents and grandparents who lived there in the 80sIt is likely that this is your life expectancy will be.
Information that can help increase your life expectancy
When you are finished calculator then give life expectancy. But it is only half the story. Because ultimately, there is a button "Find out how you can add years to your life." Click on this button, and you go to a page with advice on how to change your lifestyle to live longer. For example, with suggestions fromthe program has given me, if I follow completely add about eight years of my life.
You can absolutely rely on this computer? Of course not. But it gives you an idea of its life expectancy, and equally important, what you can do to live longer and healthier.
