If you rely too much on the BMI calculation?

If you're like many women, probably too much reliance on the BMI calculation. BMI stands for body mass index and use it for your height and weight to determine whether you are considered obese. The idea is that if you are shorter and heavier then you are probably obese.

But it just so happens that this calculation can be very far away, even if the BMI test is successful, it is still possible, probably overweight. We actually covered this idea in a previous article that isconsidered to be called fat thin. The reason for this could be the case because the BMI calculation does not account for body fat.

Your body, when it comes to health, consists of two things. One, two, and lean muscle mass … body fat. If you have more body fat and less lean muscle, you're still overweight but can not be great. But if you have more lean muscle mass and little fat, is usually very healthy.

So forget BMI testing and start usingpercent body fat test. This can be done using pliers or a personal trainer and these days their scales rather accurately. One you know your number you really need to start tracking number on a monthly basis at least.

To get things in the right direction, there is a lean musculature and the only way to do it after weight training for women on the planet. There is no other way to gain muscle mass is to be constructed. Remember that you will not get big and bulky, onlylean and crabs. And they will lean muscle and fat you eat gives you more real and more energy.

Make sure your body exercises, so you can really get the most benefit. Now you know that BMI is not really the best collection and you need a body fat assessment. Just because you appear thinner, does not mean that they are healthy … you need to focus on building lean muscle and get a woman strong and healthy for life.
