Wheel graphs, calculators, CD information, Spinners, Volvelles – What do you call these things?
Have you ever thought about the problems of production and marketing of a product that has no name right? I do not think a completely new product that you can have a name and marketing of the product from scratch to find out. I think a product that already more than 600 years, but still seems a universal, the generic name to have. What can the product? You have seen – two or more circular pieces of paper, which ends in the middle with a metal eyelet and turn againPrinted information through a membrane. The Oxford English Dictionary defines "volvelles, but unfortunately it seems that they do not tell anyone!
Can you imagine this conversation in the pub:
"So what business are you?"
"Yes, we volvelles.
"Oh really, what exactly is a volvelle?"
"Well, it's a chart wheel."
"What is a card wheel?"
"Well, some call it ready to ask."
And so on!
Sovolvelles big problem is that absolutely no one calls the product of a volvelle. "Card Wheel" is a concept that is quite common in the U.S., but again, not everyone in America, called wheel charts, and is not a concept that is much more in the UK. So what do you use them to find out?
A British manufacturer that is Whitney Woods makes the product since 1992. The company was originally referred to the products in promotional material as "chips on board," but others wereask their computers ready and spinners computer. The company on Google to find information and a "Wheel Charts" was a generic term for popular U.S. websites Whitney Woods has adopted the "Wheel Charts", as the name.

The issue is far from cut and dry! Further investigation is needed and the next port of call was a very well documented book – "reinvent the wheel" by Jessica Helfand.
